What is your return & exchange policy?

For the inspected products, we will gladly an exchange for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the date of received. All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

 

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any opened or used products.

 

To organise an exchange, send your items with a copy of your invoice to our freepost address at:

At reception of your parcel, we will contact you to organise the exchange.

 

How long will it take to get a refund?

We'll credit your debit or credit card within a maximum of 15 days (usually within 7 days) of your returning products to us.

Please contact us to inform us that you have sent an item back for a refund by email us or call us (+66) 02 655 2569 (Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm).  Once we have received the goods, we will automatically action your refund and email you that we have processed the refund.
